Toyota has introduced two new car models Platinum Etios and Platinum Etios Liva in recent days. The company has scheduled the price for the new Platinum Etios is Rs.6.43 lakhs while on the other hand, the new Platinum Etios Liva will come around Rs. 5.24 lakh. Both the cars will be available in various trims.
The two new platinum models possess a reworked front bumper, V-shaped grille, and a slightly tweaked rear bumper. Though these two car models have many resemblances with their ancestors but a new set of alloy wheels will be offered on the top-end trims of both the models.
We may find some minor or trivia changes in the interior part of the car models. The manufacturer has extended the rear seat to make to more comfortable and convenient and both the new models feature 7% better NVH insulation. The dashboard remains same as previous models but it gets a new dual-tone treatment of ivory and black. Moreover, now the centre-mounted instrument cluster features a digital tachometer.
Toyota has already incorporated dual Airbags and ABS a standard feature across all variants for the betterment of safety. Both cars own a 1.4-litre diesel and 1.5-litre petrol engines along with a 5-speed manual gearbox which is paired with the engine. The new Platinum models will be sold alongside the pre-facelift models, though the later will be exclusively available for commercial sales
