Many of us just think, beauty is all about Skin and Hair. But nails also reflect our health and is a must that we should keep them strong and healthy. A manicure once a while alone is not enough. We watch both the genders suffering from unhealthy, discoloured or chipped nails. We ignore lots of nail problems. 


Pale nails with vertical ridges indicate anaemia.  Blue nails point to inefficient circulation and not enough oxygen in your blood. And if your nails are breaking regularly then your body doesn't have the required vitamins and minerals. 


So in order to have healthy nails you must have foods related to Vitamin D and B-Complex. Calcium, Gelatin and B-complex vitamins are much needed for healthy nails. Drink diluted cider vinegar to strengthen the nails and if possible you can apply a layer of lemon juice. 


In case of cuticles, you can use fresh pineapple and vinegar. Just dip the nails in this mixture and keep on massaging your nails. Try this for three days and you will get some good results.
