Everyone can't smell good all the time. But at the same time, it is not a good sign to stay away with an unpleasant smell which comes from your skin. There are few ways to alleviate it. The most skin woes can happen with anyone. Body Odour also happens with everyone.


To alleviate it, first of tall, take bath regularly. There is nothing like a deep shower to get rid of skin smell. Showering twice a day will remove all the sweat and surface bacteria. You can also use an antibacterial soap or scrub. Next one is, Keep your underarms clean.


It is a breeding ground for bacteria. Shave it quite often and keep it clean.  Also make some changes on your duet. Foods which are strong smelling such as garlic and onions, can get carried into perspiration, causing odour.


Never ever 'Smoke'. Chewing Tobacco and Smoking will promote free radicals which in return forms bacteria on the Skin. Most important, hydrate yourself with at least two litres of water a day. This will flush all the toxins and eliminate bacteria.
