Reducing Cracked Heels with Neem
Take a handful of neem leaves and make them paste. Add a tablespoon of turmeric
powder in it and mix it thoroughly. Apply the paste over the cracked heels and
handle it for half an hour. Wash your feet with warm water and pat with a clean
and soft cloth.
Lemon to reduce cracked heels
Take a lemon and make into two half’s, squeeze a half part into warm water and
soak your legs up to 10 minutes. Don’t go for very hot water, which worst’s the
condition of rough foot. After soaking, wash your foot with the pumice stone
and soap and then clean with a smooth towel.
Rice flour reduces Cracked Heels
Mix three tablespoons of rice flour with one tablespoon of honey and one
tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Mix them well to form a thick paste. If you
are having extreme cracking on your heels, then add a tablespoon of olive
or almond oil.
