India’s next HR leaders are here. People Matters in association with DDI crowned this year’s emerging HR leaders who are going to be the changeagents in the fraternity in future. ‘Are You In The List 2015’ saw some of the best of the young HR minds battling it out in an intense qualifying application process with a series of assessments by the DDI, to finally emerge as winners. In their 4th year running, 7,500 young HR managers across the country have participated in this award process since its inception.
