It is known that 1.5 Kgs of Ornaments used for Anushka in Rudramma Devi have gone missing from the movie shooting spot. Guna has struck a deal with Nadendla Anjaneyasetty Gold makers, Chennai to rent the Jewelry. The company will send the jewelry through a representative, Ravi Subrahmanyam in the morning and take the consignment back in the evening.
Likewise 1.5 Kgs of Jewelry was brought from Chennai on last Saturday morning to Rama Naidu Studios. The bag was kept in a van during the lunch break. After the lunch, the movie unit found that the bag is missing. Hence, the production manager has lodged a complaint with Gachchibowli police station. Police have started investigation of the case.
It is said that 10 Kgs of Gold was found in Ravi Subrahmanyam's house in Chennai. Initially he bluffed Police that it belongs to his owner and were just kept in his house. But it is said that the owner himself do not know about the gold in Ravi's house. So, Ravi has become the main suspect in this case. The ornaments used by Rudramma Devi were designed by Bollywood Designer, Neetha Lulla.
Nadendla Anjaneyasetty Gold makers made the ornaments according to Neetha's designs. Some of the ornaments are imitation and some are made of real gold. Gunasekhar shelled out big amount for the ornaments to look authentic in the movie and he is very much disturbed with this fiasco.
