Ahead of Govindhudu Andari Vaadele Release, Producer Bandla Ganesh is in deep trouble. A cheating case was filed on Bandla Ganesh in Banjara Hills Police Station. The complainant, Rama Krishna belonging to Guntur accused that Ganesh took 80 Lakhs from him as an advance for Guntur distribution rights of Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh movie.
However Ganesh did not give him the rights and sold them to some other person. Its been two years since the release but Ganesh did not return the advance money and had been evading him since then. Further Ganesh is reportedly blackmailing Rama Krishna referring to Mumbai mafia. The complainant filed a complaint in Banjara Hills three days ago.
Police have been trying to reach out Bandla Ganesh for the last few days for an explanation regarding the same but he is not reachable to even them. Finally the Police decided to file an FIR and take the case forward. Allegations are on police for trying to do 'settlement' instead of pursuing the case from three days. Bandla Ganesh is currently busy overseeing the release of his ready for release film, Govindhudu Andari Vaadele.
This case will be a big headache for Ganesh which came just 2 days ahead of Govindhudu Andari Vaadele release. It has to be seen if this issue will influence the release of the movie in any way,
