Mega Scion Sai Dharam Tej's debut film, Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham has completed its first week run at the box office. The movie has put up an impressive show at the box office garnering good collections backing on good reviews and talk. The movie has slowed down a bit in the last days of the first week but given no significant releases this week, the movie is expected to get extended run in the second week too.
