The young and energetic starlet Alizeh (Anushka Sharma) meets a wealthy guy named Ayan ( Ranbir Kapoor) who has his own private jet and she meets him in a nightclub in London, where they both end up as thick friends. Aishwarya Rai who plays an alluring poetess, does what’s asked of her. Saba, her character, pouts and purrs. The director Karan Johar brings a twist in their life. Fawad Khan's special appearance is great and he romances Alizeh.
Review Ranbir Kapoor has played well as a wealthy spinster and he enjoys life like anything with Anushka. Anushka claims he is a classy kisser. Aishwarya Rai' s roles were classy and meanwhile loving Alizeh and Ayaan wasn’t instantaneous. It takes time to warm up to them. By the time you connect to them, Johar has inserted an emotionally-manipulative, tragic twist to the entire farce. All the actors have done a great job and has proved their individuality.
The cinematography work is good and the editing part in the second half is bit lengthy and few scenes will make the audiences get bored. The music is lovely and tremendous. The songs which were released earlier was classy and has captured hearts and minds of young lovers and spinsters. Channa Mereya song was costlier and Hum Safar Mera song was the greatest hits of this year. Aishwarya and Ranbir Kapoor's romantic scenes are lovely.
Karan Johar' s style of making is phenomenal and the climax is superb. The movie was shot in abroad and all the scenes were made marvellously. Bollywood industry's classy maker Karan Johar has made it in his mission to emotionally pummel us with them in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. A great love story but few scenes are little repetitive and the actors have done justice to their roles. Aishwarya and Ranbir Kapoor's love scenes are terrific. Watch a romantic thriller and fall in love.
