'Irudhi Suttru' is an upcoming bilingual sports movie written and directed by Sudha Kongara Prasad. Madhavan is doing lead role and he essays role of a boxing coach. The movie is made as a bi-lingual in both Tamil and Hindi. The Hindi version is titled as 'Saala Khadoos'.
C.V.Kumar and S. Sashikanth for Thirukumaran Entertainment and Y NOT Studios produce this project. Varun Manian for Radiance Media banner will distribute the movie. The Hindi version will be distributed by Madhavan's Tricolour Films and Director Rajkumar Hirani's Rajkumar Hirani Films.
The movie also features Ritika Singh, Mumtaz, Naasar, Radharavi and Kaali Venkat as part of the cast. Santhosh Narayanan has composed music. Technical team comprises of Sathish Suriya for cuts and Sivakumar Vijayan for cinematography.
Madhavan even beefed up his physique and has toiled hard for this movie. The movie is being crafted for a long time. Most of the scenes were shot in Dharmasala, Ooty and Chennai. Now the makers have confirmed that the movie will hit screens on December 17th.
