People who are following the developments in Tollywood are under the impression that top stars are in the industry are interested in only ratings. Many may be under the impression that stars are interested in review ratings of their films but they are mistaken.
Stars are now showing interest on TRP ratings of their films when screened on small screen. Since even the top heroes films are now getting screened on small screen before the completion of 100days,stars are getting smitten by TRP ratings.
Ram Charan's Magadheera got highest TRP ratings and even Prabhas,Rana's Baahubali directed by Rajamouli too couldn't defeat it. NTR's Temper and Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh got record TRP ratings. Recently Mahesh's Srimanthudu got good TRP ratings.
It is interesting to note that TRP ratings of the films are changing not on the result of the film at the box office but on how channels are promoting them. So even stars are advicing channels on how to promote their films on small screen.
