Superstar Mahesh Babu's next project with Top Tamil director, AR Murugudoss is getting bigger and bigger. The latest and finest addition to the project is that of ace cinematographer, Santosh Sivan. He himself confirmed this in his Twitter account this morning and this is also the first official confirmation about the project.
Santosh Sivan will be at the top of the list in country's tip most cinematographers. He till date received 13 National Awards for his work and also received the coveted Padma Shri award from the Government of India. He is also the first Indian cinematographer to be inducted into the American Society of Cinematographers. So there is excitment all over.
The project will have its launch for Ugadi next year and the regular shooting will begin after Mahesh finishes the promotions of his Brahmotsavam. The movie is a bilingual and it is not yet clear if Murugudoss will bring in another hero for the Tamil version or if he will continue with Mahesh there too.
The makers are currently considering Bollywood beauties - Alia Bhatt or Shraddha Kapoor to romance Mahesh in the film. Senior Producer Dil Raju will be producing the Telugu version under his Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. Murugudoss is likely to produce the Tamil version. Harris Jairaj will be the music composer.
