Five films have released today. Anushka's Size Zero, Avika Gor's Thanu Nenu, Affair, Ayyo Rama and Hindi film, Tamasha. While Tamasha have good openings in Multiplexes and A centers, the remaining films disappointed. Despite heavy promotions, Size Zero and Thanu Nenu failed to attract the audience.
The advance bookings as well as the current bookings of both the movies are disappointing across both the Telugu States. The other small releases - Affair and Ayyo Rama sank with out a trace already. Sadly all the films do not carry a bare minimum talk so as to expect a turn around. Probably every film will be done by the end of the first weekend.
Tail Piece is that Size Zero again proves that Star Director's Kids can not be a director and it requires real talent for artistic things like Direction, music etc. Prakash Kovelamudi's debut movie, Anaganga O Dheerudu is also miserable flop back then. His comeback after so many years once again ended in disappointment. Thanu Nenu is a disappointing debut of Santosh Shoban, son of Late Shobhan, the director of Varsham.
