Director Rajkumar Hirani is one of the most notable directors in Bollywood who has given movies like '3 Idiots' and 'PK'. 'PK' became India's first movie to enter 600 Crore club. The director has made some sensible movies and has earned a reputation for himself.
Recently everyone of us knew that he is going to make biopic of Sanjay Dutt. Ranbir Kapoor is going to essay the lead role in this movie.This news came as a shock for most of them. Sanjay Dutt was arrested in parole for his violent acts. So there were lots of buzz why he has to be made ? Was it a promotion or to show the soft side ?
Regarding the buzz he said, "I always think more making a movie. I just don't make a movie to propagate a friend. Before signing this movie, I heard Sanjay's story I found that so engaging and that is the only reason I agreed to direct the movie. I don't want to publicize him.
I am just going to show him what he is actually. The movie will have lots of emotional elements. There are also humour and pathos. It also has a strong father-son relationship."
