'Karthikeya' is one of the blockbusters made in 2014. The movie was shaped up as bi-lingual Supernatural thriller. Chandoo Mondeti directed the venture. Venkat Srinivas produced the movie on behalf of Magnus Cine Prime Pvt. Ltd.
The movie featured Nikhil Siddharth, Swati Reddy, Tanikella Bharani and Rao Ramesh in lead roles. The movie had a strong technical team which included Sekhar Chandra for music and Karthika Srinivas for cinematography. As always the movie was a hit, and due to its success, a sequel to the movie was expected.
And right now considering Nikhil's stardom, Chandoo Mondeti is looking to make a sequel to the project. In a recent interview, Nikhil also spilled beans that a sequel to the movie is definitely on cards and he will be teaming up with Chandoo once again.
But he said he has to complete his prior commitments with V.L.Anand and Karthik Reddy. We hear from inside sources that the sequel will be made on a lavish scale and the movie will be set up on Amarnath Yatra backdrop.
