Many dialogue writers entered and exited Telugu film industry. But the two brothers are still contributing quality content to the industry. Of the two Paruchuri brothers; Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao is the elder one and Gopalakrishna is the younger one. They both have worked for 333 movies together and got many awards and rewards.
There is an interesting story behind naming them as Paruchuri brothers. During NTR’s reign in film industry; they went to NTR and made him listen a story. While listening the story NTR asked them why the names are entitled as Paruchuri and Paruchuri on the screen.

‘Instead of writing two different names; you can go for a single name ‘Paruchuri brothers’’ NTR suggested. From that time; they started writing the names in one name which has become a brand name. While starting a new party; NTR asked to give a good name to the party. They said ‘we are Telugu people and we shall name the same as it is well known for everyone’.
There; the party took its name. Soon after that NTR named the channel where AP got water from Chennai as ‘Telugu Ganga’.
