If the rumours in Tollywood turn out to be true, Superstar Mahesh Babu will be very soon going Pawan Kalyan's way. Pawan Kalyan has a farmhouse in outskirts in Hyderabad where he spend most of his leisure time in the company of nature. Mahesh Babu liked the idea very much and is planning one such farmhouse for himself.
Mahesh recently bought three acres of land in Gandipet which is near to Ocean Park. He is planning to construct the farm house there itself. On the other side, the real boom there picked up as realtors are trying to woo investors offering them to become neighbours to Mahesh Babu. Namratha reportedly oversaw this deal and recently completed it.
On the other side, Mahesh is busy shooting for his Brahmotsavam. The movie is being planned for April 29th release as Summer Special. Immediately after that he will be shifting to his other project with AR Murugadoss. The film will be a bilingual project and will made in Telugu and Tamil. Currently the script work of it is going on.
