Ileana who illuminated south silver screen for many years left everything to shake Bollywood. She had a dream debut with Barfi and many expected to score commercial hits and attain stardom.
However she failed to get offers as lady luck deserted her and she started looking back down south. She sent feelers to top directors but many shied away from giving chances and that include Nagarjuna for his son Akhil and Ram Charan for his Thani Oruvan remake.
However it is now comingout that Ileana knocked down Bollywood star. Akshay Kumar,who is known for his high voltage action films is starring in Rustom under the direction of debutante Tinu Desai.
Filmmakers roped in Ileana as one of the heroine while another heroine happens to be Esha Gupta. Shooting is underway at a suburban studio in Mumbai and filmmakers are shooting scenes on Akshay and Ileana. Esha will join shoot soon.
