Catherine Tresa has paired with Vishal for the first time in her career. Karunaas, Madhusudhan Rao, Mime Gopi, Lakshmy Ramakrishnan, Sreejith Ravi were part of supporting cast. The movie got huge reception in Tamil Nadu. But the Telugu release was postponed.
The reason was 'Nannaku Prematho', 'Dictator' and 'Express Raja' dominated all screens. There were no chance to squeeze in. So the movie was pushed away from January 22nd. Now the movie is ready to hit screens today across 210 screens in AP and Telangana.
Initially the makers decided to release the movie in 300 screens. Catherine Tresa has a good market and Vishal himself had cemented his base there. But still few Telugu movies dominate and the screen count was limited.
