'Kapoor & Sons' is a romantic comedy featuring Siddharth Malhotra, Fawad Khan, Alia Bhatt in lead roles. The movie is directed by Shakun Batra and it is funded by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. Alia essays role of Tia Singh and Sidharth will be seen as Arjun Kapoor.
The trailer got released yesterday evening and it has received good response. The story is clearly obvious. Two brothers fall for same girl and the trouble follows after that. Rajat Kapoor and Ratna Pathak Shah did role of parents and Rishi Kapoor did role of grandfather.
Famous director Karan Johar produces the venture. Technical team features Shivkumar V Panicker for editing and Jeffery F Bierman for cinematography. The movie will be released under Dharma Productions banner.
Sony Music India has the Audio rights of the project. Most of them posted in social media that the trailer is refreshing and it is filled with lots of humour. However the fate of the movie will be sealed on March 18th. Watch out this space for more updates.
