The movie is releasing on April 15th Worldwide. But Indian fans can watch the movie a tad earlier. The movie is releasing on April 8th for Indian audience alone. Jon Favreau has directed the movie. The movie is based on the book by Rudyard Kipling and Justin Marks has provided the screenplay.
Neel Sethi has provided voice for Mowgli character. Scarlett Johansson, Idris Elba, Ben Kingsley, Bill Murray were part of the cast. All the locations in the movie are computer generated VFX.
The talking animals in this film were created using animal behavior, then having the actors copy those movements in motion-capture VFX. This is the fourth time, Jon Favreau collaborates with John Debney. The first three times are, Elf (2003), Zathura: A Space Adventure (2005) and Iron Man 2 (2010).
