Pooja Mishra is a model cum Video Jockey and she earlier participated in Big Boss Season 5. Now she has slapped a defamation case against Porn actress Sunny Leone. Sunny Leone also participated in Big Boss Season 5.
Pooja Mishra who has been the controversial queen has filed a criminal defamation case in the Bombay High Court seeking a compensation of whopping 100 Crore amount for defaming her. She already made such cases even in past.
Her petition statement said that Sunny Leone has given some defamatory interview on Pooja as she was jealous about her. She also said that Indo-Canadian actress had damaged her reputation. She said due to that she incurred loss of Rs.70 lakhs. Pooja also urged High court to register case against Sunny under IPC sections 500 (defamation) read with 120(b) (conspiracy).
The case will come to hearing by June 2016. It has to be noted that Pooja has been in the headlines for wrong reasons every time. She was earlier caught beating a hotel staff as he asked her to pay money for the bill. Earlier she filed a defamation case demanding 1000 Crores.
