He started off the year in a grand manner impressing all with Express Raja taking on the might of top stars like NTR,Balakrishna and Nagarjuna during sankranthi. Express Raja emerged winner competing with NTR's Naannaku Premato, Balakrishna's Dictator and Nagarjuna's Soggade Chinni Naayana.

He has given green signal to Palanti Surya Pratap who caught the attention of all with bold film Kumari 21 F. A top production house will produce the film which will go to the sets soon.
Palnati Sruya Pratap's debut film Current turned out to be a disaster and though he scored hit with Kumari 21 F, he didnot get the desired credit. So he is out to prove many points to movie lovers and critics.
