Nadigar Sangham, The Movie Artistes Association of Kollywood played a 5 Overs Cricket Tournament at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Eight teams represented by the actors of Tamil film industry played the tournament and Suriya's Chennai Singams won the tournament. Several Tollywood Stars attended the Tournament.
Among all the stars from Telugu Cinema, Nandamuri Balakrishna attracted the attention of the Tamil audience and media present there. But the reasons are not to be proud of. Due to heat wave conditions prevalent in the stadium, Balakrishna is seen in a banian, removing his shirt in the VIP enclosure of the stadium along with the other stars.
He is also seen smoking a cigarette with out any concern for stars sitting around him. Veteran actor Vijaykumar and Shivarajkumar are on the either side of the actor. Just a couple of seats away from the actor, were actresses - Tammannaah, Varalakshmi and Janani Iyer. Theya are seen troubled by the smoke. Balayya definitely did not set a good example here.
