Film maker Bejoy Nambiar who was last seen with 'Wazir' is now ready to remake a famous Tamil blockbuster. In 'Wazir' he utilized two talented actors Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar. Now for his next remake he has rope in Masaan actor Vicky Kaushal and Sanam Teri Kasam debutant Harshvardhan Rane.
He is all set to direct the remake of Tamil Blockbuster Agni Natchathiram. A close source revealed, "Bejoy Nambiar has written the script long back, but the ovie is just taking its shape. It is his dream project. The initial plan was to start this before the Agni Natchathiram's remake, but the team is yet to zero in on the female lead.
Deepika Padukone is among the actresses who have been approached. However nothing is finalized and a final decision will be taken once she returns from xXx: Return of Xander Cage shoot.
Meanwhile, Farhan is set to head to the US to shoot for Nisha Pahuja's upcoming documentary on the girl child so it'll be a while before Bejoy's film goes on the floors." If this happens, we will be seeing the pair of 'Karthik calling Karthik' again.
