Mahesh Babu who should be slapped for 'Brahmotsavam' should also be appreciated for his bold gesture. Every time a movie fails, the blame directly falls on heads of the Director. 'Brahmotsavam' is going to be a Life time Disaster and as per trade reports, theatre owners and distributors will face more than 60% losses.

Immediately fans of Mahesh Babu and other movie buffs targeted Srikanth Addala and trolled him ruthlessly on social media. This is not the first time, a director is being targeted. Earlier Srinu Vaitla faced similar situation when he directed 'Aagadu' and 'Bruce Lee'. Similarly Nagarjuna Akkineni made Veerabhadram as victim for the massive failure of 'Bhai'.

To make things clear, no producer will start a movie without the approval of the lead actor. Everyone believes in the script. But as the project takes off, the execution matters too. So as per theory, if a movie mints money, hero gets credit, if it fails, Director takes entire blame.

But Mahesh Babu took entire blame and repsonsibility and he deserves all praises. The other reason why he deserves praises is, he never rushed to release the movie in Tamil. He was the one who asked the producer to wait and then proceed. If PVP cinemas has rushed, things would have been even worse.
