Superstar Rajinikanth's Kabali audio release event will take place tomorrow in Hyderabad. The entire team of the film except Rajinikanth will be flying down to Hyderabad. Rajinikanth even missed the Tamil audio function. Rajinikanth always make it a point to attend the promotional events of his films. So this absence come as a surprise.
Rumours suggest that he is not doing well and is getting treated in USA. While the makers have rubbished the rumours, no one can really explain the absence giving rise to speculations. The Superstar is expected to promote the film only after its release. Kabali is one of the most anticipated film of the season.
The movie is being planned for July 15th release. he Telugu Rights of the film were bagged by Praveen and KP Chowdary of Shanmukha Films, West Godavari for a whopping 32 Crore which also includes the satellite rights of the film. The Superstar will be seen as an ageing Gangster in the film directed by PA Ranjith. Radhika Apte is the female lead.
