South Indian Actresses are just failing to get attention these days as most of them are working on stereotypical roles. Each time an actress is roped, she is used for commercial purpose alone. Most of the leading actresses have crossed 30 and are matured right now.
So right now a director has approached Trisha for doing role of a mother. The actress who heard it vented her rage and said that she is still a glamour queen and doing role of mother will spoil her reputation. She also lashed out at him for asking her such a thing right now.
Even though she did such a role earlier, she feels that it is not the right thing to do. As soon as Trisha turned down the offer, the chance straight away knocked the doors of Shriya Saran. Shriya who recently signed Balayya's 100th movie 'Gautamiputra Satakarni' was asked to do that role and she immediately signed the dotted line.
Shriya who is strugglign for offers is just making the most of it. She is making her presence through award shows and fashion shows. Aadhik Ravichandran will direct the project.
