This news might be a shocker for most of us. But the real fact is, there is a cold war between theatre owners in these areas and distributors. When we buzzed a highly reliable source, they said, 'Kabali' won't be release unless they are compensated.
Other theatre owners said, the distributors demand huge money and they feel they will be forced to sell tickets for Rs.750 in order to get back the returns. But as they are 'Town' areas, people won't spend that much on a movie.
The rift goes on and still now, the theatre listings were not confirmed. As per latest update, the movie will release in SS Chakravarthy theatre, Nagercoil and Shanmuga theatre, Kovilpatti alone.
