Mega fans couple of days ago, arranged a special meeting with Senior fans across both the Telugu States to discuss about the plans for Chiranjeevi's 61st Birthday. Mega Brother Nagababu attended the meeting. It was a routine talk from Nagababu but he gave a shock to the fans towards the end of the speech.
He warned some fans that it came to the notice of Chiranjeevi that some fans have organized donations drive for 60th Birthday Celebrations. Few fans associations made it mandatory to contribute 5000 per every member for the celebrations last year. But even then the funds were not effectively used and went in to pockets of few.
Nagababu warned that such things should not happen. And if that happens, the recognition of such fans associations will be cancelled. He also told them that they had to work really hard not to get the news about this compulsion donations in media. He went on to say them to keep this year Birthday celebrations as low key affair as they have to spend more money for 150th film hungama.
