Tamannaah who stole our hearts with 'Baahubali' later did few projects. But those movies tanked so bad at Box-office. Now she is looking to turn the tables with minimum guarantee genre, Horror-Thriller. The movie is titled as 'Devi(l)' in Tamil and 'Abhinetri' in Telugu.
Prabhu Deva does male lead role. Sonu Sood, Abijith Paul, Amy Jackson and Farah Khan are part of the supporting cast. The movie will be presented by Kona Venkat and MVV Satyanarayana. Kona Venkat himself has penned dialogues for Telugu version. GV Prakash, Sajid-Wajid and Vishal have composed music.

Background score was provided by Gopi Sundar. Manush Nandan has handled cinematography and Anthony has provided cuts. The movie is now completed and is gearing up for a massive release.
The makers have announced the release date of the movie on September 9th. This gives ample space between Junior NTR's 'Janatha Garage' and 'Abhinetri'. The movie will be a parallel release on all three languages. AL Vijay has written the screenplay and directed the project.
