SS Rajamouli is a very popular name across the nation especially after delivering one of the biggest hit in the history of Indian Cinema with Baahubali - The Beginning. Since the big hit, everyone are apprehensive if Rajamouli will choose the rosy Bollywood leaving behind a regional film industry like Tollywood.
Rajamouli rubbished the idea back then but media sources say he is lying. Telugu media personnel are alleging that Tollywood is no longer a priority for Rajamouli. They cite the example of the director being totally aloof from Telugu media. The makers have recently hired a PR agency in Mumbai to promote the movie in Bollywood media right from the production stage.
But then they are not caring a bit of promotions in Telugu. The team even hired an international marketing agency for the China and other foreign market releases. "It is not a question of neglecting Telugu media. We are just keeping the expectations low in Telugu. But then in other markets we have to create buzz," a source said.
The team is currently shooting for the Climax war episode of the film for the last ten weeks. The schedule is expected to be wrapped up by the end of this month. An extensive post production work will begin. Baahubali - The Conclusion will be releasing on April 28th, 2017 as Summer Special. The movie will be a simultaneous release in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam languages.
