Writer Vakkantham Vamsi is keen on making a directional debut for a long time. The writer wants to make his first film with a star hero and had pinned high hopes on Junior NTR. Vakkantham travelled with NTR for about Two years with that film script. NTR promised to do the film after Temper but kept on postponing that.
NTR was to do the film after Janatha Garage but after the movie's success, NTR is looking at a star director to consolidate his position and on expected lines disappointed Vakkantham yet again. Bunny called Vakkantham Vamsi and listened to the script. He said he is very excited about the script and promised to do the film after DJ (Duvvada Jagannadham).
But then Bunny all of sudden, announced his bilingual film with Linguswamy. So that will mean that Vakkantham Vamsi is once again deceived. NTR still has an offer with Vakkantham to do the script with his brother, Kalyan Ram. But Vakkantham is keen on doing his debut with a star hero only. But the future seems to be bleak as of now.
