The audio launch event of Milky Beauty Tamannah's Abhinetri took place in Hyderabad last night. Kona Venkat is the co-producer of the film's Telugu version. Successful director Koratala Siva is one of the guests at the event and Kona Venkat showered praises on the director but that turned in to a different version finally.
Speaking about Koratala, Kona Venkat went on to say that Koratala is the sole reason for writers getting recognized today. "He is our pride and he is our hero," Kona Venkat went on to say. Kona has this issue of writers not getting proper due and we all know about the issues he had with Srinu Vaitla about the credit.
Kona seems to have forgotten the names of big directors like Trivikram and Sukumar who had been star writers once and turned out to be successful directors. But then the recent success of Koratala Siva made Kona Venkat blind. Or he may have showed praises on the writer turned director because he is the guest at his audio launch event.
