Iconic singer and pride of Tollywood SP Balasubramaniam has returned back to Bollywood after a long gap of 15 years. And that too singing title track for Chennai Express movie, which stars Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika in lead roles.
Singing for Hindi movies is not new to our SPB garu in late 90’s he was the romantic voice to all leading star heroes. SPB sung songs for Aamir, Salman in the past, which turned chartbuster and made him a known voice to North music lovers but it's first time he is singing for SRK.
As title of the film and movie plot reveals around south India, Chennai Express has lot of south flavor to it. Priyamani has done a spl item song and Tamil actor Sathyaraj who did Prabhas dad role in Mirchi is doing Deepika’s father character. And UTV, makers of this flick says it has many more surprises in the film for South fans of Shah Rukh Khan.
