Sandalwood industry's Guruprasad's Eradane Sala had released in over 60 theaters throughout the state last week. The film got excellent responses from both critics and audiences as well.
However, this good response did not translate into collections. Two other Kannada films and 6 other language films released along with Eradane Sala, which resulted in the film getting less number of shows in multiplexes.
The show count further reduced,
due to below average response at box-office. Yogesh reveals that Guruprasad
promised to complete the film within nine months when they initially started
the project but latter took almost four years to complete the film, which
resulted in the increase of budget.
Meanwhile, Yogesh will make a complaint to Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce (KFCC) regarding Guruprasad and his absence from promotions. He intends to get the differences sorted out with the help of industry bigwigs.
