Indian film industries iconic and noted singer and dubbing artiste Chinmayi was robbed while she is in the US as part of a music tour. She is a renowned singer and had grabbed the hearts of many by her melodious voice.
Sources have stated that Chinmayi took to twitter to reveal that her belongings were stolen after her parked car was vandalized by some miscreants. The incident happened in San Francisco. She posted a series of tweets to share the incident that she herself witnessed.
Chinmayi wrote "So... I got robbed. Parked car got vandalized in the
US of A. TIL leave nothing in the car. I was standing right by the smashed
glass and it took me 5 minutes to realize things were missing. The police here
in SFO were really kind and told me break-ins were common. Thankfully a
neighbor scared the thief from stealing more stuff and a red haired girl is
caught on camera. Good people still walk the earth".
It may be recalled that legendary singer S.P. Bala Subrahmaniyam was also robbed of his passport and other belongings recently when he was on music tour in the US. Police is making investigations about the same and is in search of the culprit involved in the robbery.
