Voluptuous Nayanatara is currently acting in Sekhar Kammula’s latest venture Anamika. This Telugu and Tamil bilingual almost reached final stages and post production works will start soon. Anamika is an official remake of Bollywood smashing hit Kahaani starred by Vidya Balan. Director Sekhar made enough changes to the original script to suit South sensibilities. Nayan will not be seen as pregnant lady in remake version which was a key and thrilling point in original.
Now, ace Badminton player Jwala Gutta’s rumored boyfriend Harshavardhan Rane is roped into play Nayanatara’s husband in this female centric flick. Harshavardhan was last seen in Ravi Babu directed hit film Avunu and is now acting in several Telugu films and also a Bollywood project. Actually, this male character will be killed in a terrorist attack and the lead female role of Nayanatara hunts for accused with the help of a police officer (being played by Vaibhav in Telugu). Anamika is due for release on Dasara season.
