Anupama Parameswaran had debuted with Premam alongside Nivin Pauly, which was a massive commercial success. She was then seen as cameo appearance in James & Alice, a Malayalam movie which had Prithviraj and Vedhicka in lead and later forayed into Telugu industry with a handful of projects. She was then seen in a Telugu film A Aa, playing a lead role along with Nithin and Samantha. She then was in the Telugu remake of Premam and her next film was Kodi, her debut in Tamil Cinema.
