Both the parts - Baahubali - The Beginning and Baahubali - The Conclusion have released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam. The First Part of the film underperformed in Kerala (Good but not up to the level of other versions) when compared to other languages. But Baahubali-2 performed exceptionally even there.
After emerging as Industry hit in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi, the movie finally emerged as the Industry hit in Malayalam as well. On Tuesday, the movie went past the 70 crores gross collection record set earlier by Malayalam superstar Mohanlal’s Pulimurugan emerging as the biggest grosser in Kerala. This is the final target for the movie in India.
This is like a never before feat for a film in Malayalam. This record there can not be broken there at least in the next few years. One film emerging as Industry Hit in Three Industries is no simple record. Its Chinese Release in July will decide if it will cross Aamir Khan's Dangal Worldwide Gross.
