Nayantara is currently on a new high as she bagged SIIMA Award recently for her performance in the Malayalam movie 'Puthiya Niyamanam'. She also has 'Aram' and 'Velaikaaran' under her belt gearing up for a release.
In this case, we need to rewind the past before reading this news. She gave an endearing performance as Sita in Balayya's 'Sri Rama Rajyam'. The movie got released in both Tamil and Telugu and it also grabbed Nayantara a Filmfare Award for the Best Actress.
In this case, current reports say that Nayantara will be seen in the Draupadi character for a Kannada movie titled 'Kurukshetra'. But Nayantara is yet to sign the dotted line. She is having two minds as last time she faced more heat from RSS and other Hindu related parties for portraying the role of Sita.
The movie will be directed by Naganna and it is expected to go on floors by July 23rd. Kannada actor Darshan will essay the role of Duryodhana. So, let's see whether Nayantara signs the dotted line or some other actress will take it over?
