Bollywood sources have stated that recently, a leading daily asked Alia Bhatt, who by the by possess a lovely singing voice, about whether she would be interested in cutting an album and this is what she had to say “Cutting an album will be something that she may do for fun, but that won’t be the main focus in her career".
She said "Even if she does it, it will be out of her passion or love for singing and nothing else. It won’t be a career move. She wants to concentrate mainly on acting.” Alia also mentioned that she’s uncomfortable singing live. “She doesn’t have the talent to sing live. She thinks it’s very difficult. Also, she has an issue, she cannot sing with music behind her and she can only sing without music because she gets confused with music playing around her".
So, she doesn’t know about singing live. But again,
she believes, ‘Never say never’ and someday, she may end up doing that.”
Moreover Alia would be next seen in the period spy thriller Raazi, directed by
Meghna Gulzar and co-starring Vicky Kaushal.
