Superstar Rajinikanth and Director Shankar's next magnum opus "2.0", the sequel of Robot is almost Complete. Except for a song, the movie shooting is complete. 2.0 which was earlier planned for Diwali release is pushed to 25th January 2018 as Republic Day Weekend Special due to the VFX delays.
Surprisingly the song will be shot for 12 days and it is a romantic number on Rajini and Amy. The actress has been asked 10 days to rehearse for the song and Bosco master is the choreographer. The song shoot will begin the next month in Chennai.
On the other side, the team is planning the promotions in a big way. The audio launch event of the movie will happen in Dubai and the guest's list will be stunning, to say the least. The event is likely to happen in October, our sources say. For the first time, Shankar is shooting a film in 3D. AR Rahman is composing music for the film. He scored music for Robot as well.
