Kangana suffered a major severe cut injury after she was sliced by a sword on her forehead while filming an intense and tough sword-fighting sequence on the sets of Manikarnika in Hyderabad. The actress was rushed to the ICCU and had to get 15 stitches to close the wound on her forehead.
According to reports, the slicing accident happened when Kangana got the timing wrong in the sword action sequence and was hit by Pandya's sword. It made a deep cut on her forehead and the doctor who examined observed that it was a very close shave for her because the cut had been very close to the bone.
