Rajini's upcoming movie is named as Kaala.This is known to all of us.All charges were filed against the movie telling that the name Karikalan was already filed by another director.The case appeared in the court.
The assistant director of the film filed a counter affidavit with Rajinikanth’s statement. It says that the ‘Kabali’ director he himself penned the story of this film. The name of the movie ‘Karikalan’ wasn’t registered and even if it were registered by Rajasekharan, the registration expired log back and the writer cum director Pa.Ranjith didn’t renew the registration.
The next hearing of this Kaala case was posted on 26th of this month. ‘Karikalan’ is the name of the role which Rajinikanth plays in the film not the title of the film. The heroine of the film,spicy controversial actress Huma Qureshi has joined the shooting of the film in Chennai for a two-month long schedule.
