Allari Naresh, who's a household name, and was a force to reckon with humorous entertainers that turned out to be commercially successful at the Box office, establishing himself as a bankable star, is now struggling with back to back failures, and has been missing a solid hit since 2011. The actor is now looking forward to the release of his upcoming comic entertainer Meda Meeda Abbayi.
Directed by Prajith, Meda Meeda Abbayi is the official Telugu remake of Malayalam super hit "Oru Vadakkan Selfie" that starred Nivin Pauly and Manjima Mohan in lead roles, and this light hearted entertainer was supposed to release this month. However, the makers have now made an announcement that Meda Meeda Abbayi will grace the screens from September 8th.
Naresh is pinning all hopes on Meda Meeda Abbayi, as this is a must win situation for him, as he has tried his hands at everything to get that elusive success. Mallu beauty Nikhila Vimal makes her Telugu debut in this venture, pairing with Naresh.
