Director SJ Surya is all set to make a re-entry to Telugu cinema, but this time around, he's coming as an actor and not as a director. He's playing the principal antagonist in Mahesh Babu starrer biggie SPYder, directed by his protege A.R.Murugadoss, which is going to have a grand worldwide release on September 27, in both Tamil and Telugu.
The director turned actor who had already directed Mahesh Babu in Naani, that was a huge disaster, revealed that he had always wanted to be an actor and actors like Vijay and Mahesh Babu have achieved what he wished. He added that their commitment and dedication despite having fame and stardom us a learning experience for the actor in him.
After SPYder, SJ Surya will next be seen as a stylish Villain in Vijay's Mersal by Atlee, and later as a photographer in Iravaakaalam by Ashwin Saravanan of Maya fame, and as a cheating husband in Selvaraghavan's long-delayed horror flick Nenjam Marappathillai.
