It's a known fact that the Tamil remake of the latest Telugu sensational Blockbuster Arjun Reddy will star Dhruv, son of versatile, hardworking Actor Chiyaan Vikram in the lead role. While the news was officially announced by Chiyaan himself on his official Instagram account last week, yet another official announcement has been made regarding this exciting project.
Today, it was officially confirmed by Chiyaan Vikram himself yet again through his Instagram account that this debut film of his son will be directed by none other than cult classic filmmaker Bala. This film is expected to begin soon after Bala wraps works of his ongoing thriller Naachiyaar starring Jyothika and GV Prakash.
It must be noted that it was Bala, who gave Chiyaan Vikram the much-needed break with Sethu in 1999, after a string of career-ending failures. Besides, Vikram also won the national award in best actor category in his second collaboration with Bala in the critically acclaimed flick Pithamagan. It is to be seen if Bala and Dhruv can reprise the success of the Sandeep Vanga- Vijay Devarakonda starrer.
