After his last few flicks like 24 (which bombed despite critical acclaim), Singam 3(despite grossing 100 crores, a loss venture in many centres), Massu Engira Maasilamani, Anjaan (one of his biggest failures), Suriya is all set to return on screen, with director Vignesh Shivan Directorial Thaanaa Serndha Koottam.
The teaser of the movie was released recently showed an energetic, young and handsome Suriya, stunningly beautiful Ramya Krishnan, cute Keerthy Suresh and the return of famous comedian Senthil back on screen, Thaanaa Serndha Koottam promises to be a fun-filled entertainer with Suriya striking back in prime form with his powerful and loveable act.
However, the movie was just a copy-cat of Bollywood movie 'Special 26' and as everyone would have seen that, it never evoked much interest. So, in the Sankranti race, Balayya is expected to get an easy win against the 'Copy-Paste' Gang.
The Telugu version of Thaanaa Serndha Koottam has been titled Gang, and the poster of Gang, which is released by UV creations and Studio Green together, was released today, confirming that Gang will be releasing on January 12, 2018 as a Sankranthi special. It'll be clashing with Balaiya's Jai Simha, Pawan Kalyan's Agnyaathavaasi. Let's see if Balayya hits a sixer this time.
