The Tollywood heroine who has been travelling in a bad phase is getting opportunity to shine in her home film Industry. Kriti Karbanda, the heroine of Pawan Kalyan in Teenmaar, got good marks for her performance, but it did not bring the offers in Tollywood. She also acted in a couple of films like Ongole Gitta and Kalyan Ram’s OM-3D. But those films were dud at box office.
She could not get offers in Tollywood. Now, the Bangalore beauty eyes on her home industry, Sandalwood. She got the opportunity to shine in her home town. As per the latest news, Kriti Karbanda has been selected for female lead role in a Kannada remake of ‘Kick’.
She is reprising the role of Iliayana in a remake of ‘Kick’. The Mass maharaja Raviteja starrer ‘Kick’ was a blockbuster hit in Tollywood. The action entertainer was directed by Surender Reddy.
Now, the film will be remade in Kannada on the same name. Sandalwood superstar Upendra is playing a lead role in the film. The shooting of the film will begin in next month.
